People are nice but busy. I like their food but I have to be in the mood for it. I suggest getting the app if you want some good deals but sometimes they have better deals at the store. Very casual fast food. Deals help with the budget. I'll get pics next time.

Long live Arby's Get the chicken sandwich, it's the best item on the menu. Jamocha shake is goated. Curly fries...yes Ambiance is great here too. Keep up the great work guys!

Food is always consistent. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They make you feel welcomed when you are there. I always ring the bell when I am there to compliment them

The Hollywood location on Sunset Boulevard closed this year. I'm saddened by its absence, luckily this Mission Hills franchise is the closest Arby's to me. I will give this place 5 stars because I don't want this franchise to go out of business. There's very few Arby's in the Los Angeles area. Arby's is a treasure for me

Clean location, sauces are always tasty, and they have the meats! It's Arby's, you know what you're getting. Service is always good. Rosalia the cashier was a sweetheart and really putting effort into it. Give her a raise!

Arby's menu items are a true delight and a gr8 way to beat the burger war. Don't get me wrong now, I have no BEEF (LOL) against BURGERS- I love them too but there's so many burgers you can eat, before hankering some other food, RIGHT⁉ ARBYS menu list isn't long but it need not be, as what it does offer is plentiful. My wife and I love the perfectly sliced, perfectly seasoned, perfectly hot roast beef, but most of all... the we appreciate the perfectly friendly "CUSTOMER COMES FIRST" service one gets when walking through their door- "HELLO WELCOME" is what WE got. But the friendly service didn't stop there, OH NO! Two other fast food restaurants that come to mind, used to bring your order to your table. With those competitors, they opted to stop table service. Not at Arby's. They brought our order to us nice and hot. This Arby's is nicely nestled in a cozy corner in Mission Hills. A very quaint spot in San Fernando Valley's existence. Nancy Sinatra, in one of her early LP's recorded a song in which she soulfully sang, I'M GOING TO MAKE THE SAN FERNANDO VALLEY MY HOME"

Can't believe this is my first time trying? Welp, it was LOL. I'm not a fan of sandwiches and sliced meat but I tried a bit from my bf's order and didn't care for it. I ended up ordering curly fries, mozzarella sticks, and nuggets and loved all of it! They were actually really good and you rarely have fast food places out here that have mozzarella sticks on their menu. I really wish more spots had them but this place makes it good! The batter they use is better than your standard mozzarella stick. We went through the drive thru to order and the guy who took our order was very nice. He was super sweet, an older man who I didn't catch the name of, who made sure to take care of our needs. He even gave us extra sauce when we were leaving. He might've been new because one of the other works had to show him how to run the credit card machine because our card wasn't working when the chip was entered.
